Group of 3 to John Jack Naimaster

6791512 Sergeant, 28 London Regiment, 2 bars, joined the Oxford & Bucks. Light Infantry, 2 Lieutenant, 1940 war Substantive Captain, later promoted to Major. 

Medals all named, his War & Defence privately named.

John Jack Naimaster was a local Art dealer whose interest in paintings and drawings was the direct result of using Wilsden Green Library.

Born in Staverton Road, Brondesbury Park on 23 May 1905, Saint Paul's School in Hammersmith 1919. Became an acknowledged specialist in English watercolours.

1924-62 worked at Walker Galleries New Bond Street.

1962 moved to the Fine Art Society (Chairman).

1977 Consultant to Sotheby's in Drawings.

Hon. Member of the Royal Society of Painters in Watercolours.

Died 6th January 1980 aged 80.
