Interesting group of 3 to Dr Frederick Henry Gravely (1885–1965).

Comprising:

  • Officially named Delhi Durbar Silver Medal (1911) in its original box of issue.
  • 1935 Jubilee Medal in original box.
  • 1937 Coronation Medal in original box.

Dr Frederick Henry Gravely was an eminent English zoologist, entomologist and museum director. He graduated from Manchester University in 1906 and was appointed Assistant Superintendent of the Indian Museum, Calcutta, in 1909, when Calcutta was the capital of India.

The Delhi Durbar Medal is officially named to F. H. Gravely, Indian Museum and is complete with its original ribbon and box.
