Lieutenant Arnold James Jack
Served with the Royal Irish Fusiliers as a Lieutenant in the Indian Army and later as a Major in the Royal Signals. Died on active service 27th October 1940.
Midshipman Lawrence Evelyn Richard Jack, Royal Navy
Killed in action aboard HMS Javelin when she was torpedoed, losing both bow and stern. HMS Javelin was towed to harbour but remained out of action for over a year. 45 officers and ratings were killed. His father had died only five weeks earlier.
